Shipping options
Of course, there is always the option to come and pick up your goods at our Bike Shop in Münchenstein near Basel. As a fully equipped bike shop, you can get most of the repair material from us without pre-ordering.
For people who don't want to make the detour, there are the following shipping options:
Bikes
As a rule, we have assembled an ordered bike on the day of the order or the day after. You can come to pick it up at any time from then on, if you already have a preference for the pick-up date when ordering, you can write this in the comments.
You will get an email as soon as the bike is ready to be picked up!
Delivery 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
With this shipping method, we check your bike in the workshop and then pack it in a cardboard box for transport. In order for it to fit into the box, we have to disassemble the bike a little. Specifically, you have to put in the front wheel, handlebars and saddle at home, as well as mount pedals, rack and (if ordered) the basket.
Delivery 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Here we assemble your bike 100% as if you were picking it up in the store. Then we cut a transport protection from the factory packaging (which we have mastered in the meantime) and hand it over to the forwarding agent. At home you only need to adjust the saddle height to suit you and cycle into the sunset!
The delivery will be arranged by phone the day before.
Tomy Transporte
The forwarder of our choice - small and flexible.
Small forwarder from beautiful Basel, with a connection to the huge DB Schenker network. Delivered parcels in 99% the day after dispatch, guaranteed delivery within 3 working days.
The drivers are given the mobile phone number given for the delivery and will contact you if there are any problems with the delivery or if nobody is at home - super flexible, has still worked so far!
Accessories and Components
If you order a bike and accessories, everything will be delivered with the bike.
For spare materials and accessories, we use the good old Swiss Post. As always, we try to get the goods out ASAP.
Unless otherwise indicated, we have accessories and components in stock. That means, if you are not in the stress, you can stop by at any time and pick up the order without former notice. Worst-case you have to wait 5 minutes until we have collected the goods.
Should you want to wait, you'll receive an Email once your order is prepared and ready for Pick up.
Delivery 1-2 days after receipt of payment.
Everything that fits in a package with the dimensions 150 x 86 x 86 cm (or fits smaller, or in which the package has a maximum belt size of 350 cm).
Tracking code is sent by email.
Express shipping is possible on request, but we have it so rarely that we have not programmed it as standard. If you want this, give us a short call under 061 338 92 33.
Returns
Goods that are unopened and sealed in their original packing will be taken back within 30 days. The purchase amount will then be fully refunded. The transport costs have to be covered by the customer, if necessary we can arrange a collection for you.
Return of bicycles
It is important to us that you understand the following: There is always a solution. If you have ordered the wrong bike or if the surprise gift went wrong, we won't leave you alone in the rain. In this section we show which conditions must be met for a 100% refund. If one or more conditions are not met, we can agree on a partial refund or another solution. In every case, please get in touch so that we can find a solution that works for everyone.
- Return within 30 Days upon receipt
- Bike has no scratches or visible signs of usage
- The Place of return is Münchenstein, thus, you have to cover the CHF20 for the transport or bring the bike in.
We are happy to arrange the return transport for you, for this you have to protect the bike safely for transport and tell us a day of the week on which the bike can be picked up. You can then have the CHF20 deducted from the credit amount or pay it by invoice.
