Doberman, a useful, inexpensive lock

The Onguard Doberman with its 180cm length is well suited to tie your bike to an object and thus secure it from being carried away. In addition, the minimum thickness of 12mm is given, which protects against a simple break open with large pliers. In the store, we always tell our customers that the 12mm is the limit between the immobilizer and the lock. Everything underneath is more decorative.

Protection appropriate to the bike

The Onguard Dobermann lock would be recommended for bikes up to around CHF 800 and in an environment that is not excessively prone to theft. The lock reliably protects against occasional thieves and opportunists, but doesn't know how to counter the experienced lock-crackers. In other words, you have to buy something better for your 5000 francs bike!

Scope of delivery / specs

The Dobermann lock comes with the key variant 5 keys supplied. All locks come with a bracket with which you can attach the lock to the frame or the saddle bar. A rubber insert protects the frame.
